Customized Menus—We will meet at your convenience to discuss your family’s food likes and dislikes, any allergies or dietetic concerns, and your goals in using this program. I can meet with you at your home, office, or even over the phone if needed. You may request specific meals, I can suggest a menu for you to approve, or you can leave it up to me to plan your menu once I understand your family’s needs. Everything is customized for you and your family. |

Easy Heat & Serve! - Now that the hard part is done for you, just follow the simple heating instructions, set the table, and call the family together. What’s For Dinner? A delicious, satisfying, and healthy meal with your family. Voila! |

In-home “Cook Date” - On the day of your cook date, I will shop for your groceries and arrive at your home as planned. I bring all of the cooking tools and utensils I need to prepare your meals and package them for easy re-heating. The typical cook date lasts about three to four hours. I leave your kitchen spotless and your refrigerator stocked with delicious, wholesome meals. Everything is labeled and includes re-heating instructions. |
